Cost went up and service went down. We've been going to Yates for 19 years and have always recommended Yates and bought vehicles there however, service is NOT like it used to be. It seems like there was a lot they did not do and the paperwork was checked off that they did. They said windshield washer fluid was added however it is still empty. They took the lugnut/rim cover off to do tire rotation but never put it back on. So disappointed, we will start going somewhere else.

Supposedly they rotated my tires which I don't believe they did. The air they claimed was 35 for each tire but I read it as I was leaving the dealership and they were 32, 33, 33, 31. After I drove a bit, I checked again and they only read a point higher on each. They gave me a quote for other services and blocked out cheaper numbers and wrote in much higher numbers. The bottom line on the estimate was 708.58 which was not blocked out, and the total for what was hand written came to 1279.75. Which is it and why the almost doubled price? I think I should get this service for the actual price printed out. If you honor that, I would be happy to bring it in for these services. It just feels like Yates is sliding to the side of poor performance in this area - it didn't used to be like this.

I received a call from the service department reminding me that it was time to schedule an oil change and I was able to pull in for a quick oil change after work. I appreciate being able to do this after work instead of devoting a Saturday morning so I could sleep in lol - Thanks
