I recently purchased a 2020 used certified pickup truck. On the test drive the engine light came on. After being assured that it would be taken care of, I purchased the vehicle. When I drove the vehicle away the engine light was no longer on. A few days later the engine light came back on with the same issue. I dropped off the vehicle and was not offered another vehicle. I was left with no vehicle to drive. One day after picking up the truck the engine light came back on. I made another appointment and dropped off the truck for the second time. It remained there for over a week. I was assured they had fixed the problem. A couple days later the problem arose again but now with an added problem. I made an appointment with a different service advisor as Kyle, my original advisor, would not answer my calls or return my requests for a call back. I dropped it off once again and it has been at the dealership ever since. I have had to cancel a couple family events and prepaid, pre planned vacations. This dealership has caused me financial loss and un needed stress and anxiety.
