Confirmed Service Customer
This was a follow up to having routine work done 2 weeks ago. I sat in the waiting area for 1.5 hours for oil change, inspection and rotate tires. I go to check on my car and see it outside, so I go to check out. Clerk did not know it was outside and learned you were out of stock on air filters a regular item for a car I bought there. It then took me another 15 minutes to check out. On Monday I was pressed for time, asked just do the Air filter. But i waited an extra 20 minutes because they decided to wash the car (after I had said no). I see the poor communication between the desk and mechanic. I will stay with Yates and hope this was a one off

One thing I didn’t like is when I checked in Sean automatically told me that my tire would be $50 to fix. I explained when I made the appointment that I had the protection plan and my truck was covered. Then I had to wait like 15min before I got a call to be notified that my truck was good to go to be worked on.

Julio did a g reat job of getting me the type of vechile I wanted. The only problem I have is the paperwork Was loaded on to thumb drive when I got home the drive was empty. Called the next morning was told they would email me the paperwork and call me when it was sent. Still have not recieved the email or the call. 4 days later.

I am very pleased with my service on my 2015 Tahoe LTZ I was having steering issues and wanted to get it serviced to satisfaction. I called and made a appointment with my favorite service agent Judith Mendez who is very knowledgeable and very caring person she has noted all of my concerns for my vehicle that I wanted checked out. After my vehicle being checked in with Omar the service mechanic they made sure I knew that there was other issues going on with my vehicle and that it needed to be repaired in order to make everything complete on my steering issues.once I gave them the okay Judith quickly got in touch with my warranty coverage that gave them the okay to repair. I had some other minor hoses that they seen needing repair while my vehicle was up on the rack and was able to get them also through my warranty protection and my car was returned to me with full satisfaction!!Thanks
