I have experienced a number of issues with my 2022 Chevy Silverado. After I dropped off for a third time due to suspension noise, I asked to have the vehicle detailed as a courtesy for the inconvenience this has caused. I was told they would detail it- NOTHING! I also made sure to ask for something as simple as a oil change sticker in the driver side corner, I was told it was done, NOTHING! I purchased the MBP which included oil changes, I then get a call from the rep stating I owe $80+. I thought the dealership is a place for quality work, I have not received that!
