We had issues with the warranty company so my car was there over a week longer than it should have been. Kyle was great on keeping me updated and even went out of his way to follow up while he was on vacation. I appreciated his thoughtfulness in making sure we were kept in the loop. I was disappointed that when I received my car back the gas was used up too much when test driving the car after repairs, that it stalled less than a mile away from the dealership. We didn���t even make it to the gas station and had to get help to bring gas in order to make it to the circle k down the block to fill up. Definitely not a good impression after waiting 2 1/2 weeks to drive it again.
Services performed were done well. Supply chain for seat belt tensioning parts (Recall) fell short of my expectations, as they took over 2 weeks to arrive and I did not have enough time for the install. I am not permanently in the area, traveling.
MJ made the experience more enjoyable than I've experienced before. I have had many unpleasant experiences before as this is my 36th vehicle. She is pleasant and I didn't feel pressured, which would have caused me to walk out quickly. Thanks again to MJ.

Mark was great. He really listened to what we were looking for and found us the vehicle that checked all the boxes. He didn't try to sell extras we didn't need or want, and didn't push more expensive models. It wasn't a pressure sale. They fairly priced our trade-in and made sure everything was taken care of before we left. Mark even made sure everything was setup in our vehicle and that we knew and could use the different features. We went to Yates just to look at what was available, not familiar with the GMC line, but it turned out to be exactly what we wanted. The whole process, the whole experience was excellent.
