My Service Advisor Ashley does a phenomenal job and is very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and communicates very well. This survey is strictly about the work after Ashley checks in the vehicle. 1.) picked up vehicle after major repair and front wheel was covered in hard white coating, possible staining to chrome (currently in shop, 04/29/2021) 2.) After major repair and service, vehicle had to be brought back (currently in shop, 04/29/2021) as repairs and services failed. Vehicle runs bad after fuel service, shifts hard after transmission service, bad vibration in front end after front differential replacement.

Great service, very professional. We had purchased our Encore GX in Arkansas shortly before moving here, and this was our first service (although I had earlier serviced my Enclave at Yates). They even took care of a nail slow leak in one of the tires at no charge. Definitely first class operation!
Working with Titus was great. He was responsive and kept us in the loop from start to finish with service on our '21 Yukon. Our only complaint and reason for 4 stars was Yates had our car for a week. It was a few days before they even got to work on it. I wish they were up front about timelines so we could've held on to the car until it was ready for the work to be done. Otherwise we were extremely pleased with the customer service and work done on our vehicle.

I was mislead. I was tired or or would have passed on the price. I talked to Sean on the phone before coming in and for the same model with the heads up display etc. Was 360 a month lease with no trade in and 500 down. I was passed on to Justus because Sean was busy. I should have waited for Sean. I told Justus of the price and he brushed it off and didn't follow up with Sean. The next day I made an appointment to talk to Sean and he played dumb stating... he talks to so many people he can't remember,, very impersonal.. and excusing the $50 difference by saying every vehicle is different. Makes you feel like an unimportant number. I talked to Liberty Buick and the gave me 364 a month with no trade in and 500 down. I traded in my car for 3,000 and put 500 down and the monthly rate was over 424 a month. What gives with that. I had done business with you before and trusted you but now that trust is broken.
