I had a 2020 GMC Terrain with under 5000 miles on it and the air conditioner went out 3 times within the time I owned it. I decided it was a lemon and traded it in on a new vehicle. The salesman and finance man went above and beyond to help me. I was happy with them in every way. My salesman has 7 years experience with Gates and you don't often find that in this business. He was great! The Finance man went above and beyond to help us! Wonderful person! Since I am 75 yrs old I hope I don't have to buy another car but if I do I will be back at Gates. Would recommend them to my friends for sure!

Took my truck in for couple warranty items, I was frustrated at the lack of attention to detail completing work to the point of sell the truck and find a new dealer but my service advisor Charity Marriott was great and really went a step above where others had failed, She made me feel Confident in her ability to make sure this type of stuff did not continue happening. Had the truck sold for what I thought was a fair price and I still do, but her commitment to me that things would change made me keep my truck and continue my relationship with Yates. Yes the work was all done and done correctly just not the first time. Thanks again Charity You really did make a difference for Me.
I needed to have my 2008 Suburban looked at for a strange noise. I drove it to Yates on Wednesday October 6th with the intent of leaving it. I was turned away and told I needed to make an appointment because they were busy. I made an appointment for 8:00 AM the following day and drove it back. I had it there at 8:00 AM on Thursday October 7th . The service rep told me they probably wouldn't get to it until "maybe" Friday. I am still trying to figure that one out. Why are you telling people to make appointments and then letting the vehicles sit for days before you work on them? what's the point of making an appointment? they finally looked at it and I paid $246 for diagnostics that said I need a rear differential cover gasket that costs $40 online and they would replace it for over $400 and an oil change that was just done three weeks ago. I have been a return customer at Yates. I paid them $10,000 to put a new engine in my Suburban and purchased a Tahoe from them last year. This last experience made me feel like a number. Doubt if I will be going back in the future.
