Having trouble with passenger door lock sensor saying door was open, called late Friday to setup an appointment. Could not get in until Monday at 0800, arrived at 0730 got a call telling me door lock needed to be replaced, had to order part, they would call when ready. Got a call about 4pm said part had not been delivered. They called vendor they said it was delivered but could not tell where and to whom it was delivered to. Had to keep my truck over night. I called at approximately 3pm to find out if truck was ready, less called back within 5 minutes that is was ready. Had your driver pick me up and take me to your dealership.
