Best car buying experience I���ve ever had. My Salesman Justus Hough, made our day! He���s the most friendliest, happiest, knowledgable salesman i have ever met. The Manager, Jeremy took very good care of us and treated us like family. He made sure we were happy with our purchase and got the best deal for us. These guys are the best in the business! Everyone I know will hear me brag about them. Because of them, I will never buy a vehicle unless it���s from Yates. Thank them for taking care of my Family!

Brought my car in for an oil change, tire rotation, and to replace the air filters. They did not re-set the air filter monitor from 40% to 100% and did not provide me with the old filters so I could not be certain that they changed the filters. And they did not refill my tires to 38, so I am not certain that my tires were rotated. When I noticed these things, I immediately returned and asked them to address these issues. They gave me the old filters, and re-set the monitor. However, they still did not refill my tires.

I called and scheduled an oil change and a multipoint inspection. Only an oil change was done and the next oil change sticker was not placed. When I drove home which is 2 minutes away. I had a flat tire and if the multipoint inspection was done as I requested when I called the screw in my tire would have been found. Due to the negligence of the staff I drove off the lot and with a low tire. This is the second time that I requested the inspection and the paperwork says that it was postponed. Overall just highly dissatisfied with this visit.

Second time problem occurred. Was told it would take two hours. I opt. To wait. Two hours later they told me they haven���t started yet. Took them tell around 530 or six pm to finally get it fixed.
