It took just a little longer than I thought it would. The call I got confirming my appointment told me to the quick lube side and when I got there they sent me to the main department. Not sure why. But I was treated well as always.

HECTOR NELSON is your guy. He was the only sales specialist that approached my husband even though there were two sales reps watching him walk around the car lot. Not sure why the other two reps didn't approach my husband, maybe it was his dirty work boots... anyway we are so happy they didn't approach him because HECTOR was amazing. He deserves all the recognition there is in regards to customer service. He was so helpful and fought for us to get the vehicle we wanted. And he speaks spanish which is a plus. If you're looking to purchase a new or used vehicle I recommend you ask for HECTOR and no one else. And my advice to the other reps at this site, don't judge a book by its cover. Approach everyone as HECTOR did with my husband because you never know that person might be able to afford more then you think....

This survey will be to the most recent service. I took my truck in for services of the rear shocks. I met Ashley. She was my point of contact and she did NOT disappoint! Straight forward, COURTEOUS, and very helpful. Her insight gave me the confidence that my truck was in good hands. I’m sure she is the middle man from me and the technicians, but ultimately, her assurance didnt give me any doubts, and I was CONFIDENT my troubles will be resolved. I will be going back and requesting Ashley for all my truck needs. Normally I don’t do reviews, my last service at the oil & lube was not all that great. I want to give recognition to Ashley for providing Great customer service, attitude, EXCELLENCE!

When I made the appointment I told them I had 3 issues. Oil change, tire, and tail light out. They did the oil change but could not get to my taiol light. Said they didn't have anyone there that could fix it. I traveled about 50 miles from Mesa after telling them about the problem and they didn't have anyone there that could make the repair? If they would have told me that I would hve arranged the repair for another day. I also told them that I didn't get an owner's manual with the truck and they said they couldn't get one for me. Thanks for your help!
